3. What we do

We organise casino-style evenings and themed events for companies and private clients: the programme, the crew, the equipment and the scenography, delivered on site at a venue chosen by the client, anywhere in New Zealand. The catalogue has 24 formats in 5 categories, with prices from NZ$5,200 to NZ$11,400 per event.

We do not operate a casino, we do not offer gambling, and we do not run anything playable over the internet. Chips used in casino-style activities are props: not sold, not topped up, never exchanged for money, goods, vouchers or valuable prizes.

4. Age restriction

Participation in casino-style activities is for guests aged 20+. Our programmes are written and run for adult guests. The full rules are in the responsible entertainment rules.

5. Enquiries and complaints

Enquiries about an event go through the enquiry form or directly to [email protected]. Complaints go to the same address or to the postal address above; we confirm receipt within 2 working days and answer substantively within 14 working days. The procedure is set out in clause 10 of the terms and conditions.
