Write as little or as much as you like, but the date, the town and the number of adults get you a real answer fastest. If you already have a venue, name it: we can tell you which formats fit the room before you choose one. If you do not, say so and we will tell you what to look for. If someone has asked you for pokies or a slot machine, mention that too: what we bring is host-run tables with prop chips, and we will tell you plainly what fits the room.

Six facts are enough to get a real answer: the date, the town, the number of adults, the format you like, your budget range and anything the venue has already told you. We reply on working days, usually within one working day.

Up to 100 adults. Some formats are written for 40 or 80 guests; the limit is stated with each one.

We process what you write here to answer your enquiry and to prepare an event, which is the preparation and performance of a contract with you. What happens next

An enquiry is not a booking.

We check whether your date is free and whether the venue suits the format, then send you the package and the final price in writing. The date is held only once the written confirmation and the contract are signed and a deposit of 20-40% once the contract is signed, the balance 5-10 days before the event.

What we will ask you

  • whether the venue is booked, and what it has told you about power, access and closing time
  • what your fixed points are: dinner service, your speech slot, the hour the room has to be clear
  • whether you want to fit your own branding into the scenography
  • who signs, and who we should talk to on the day

What you will get back

  • the package, item by item, with crew numbers and measurements
  • one final price for the whole event, GST included
  • the venue requirements in writing, before you commit to a hall
  • the terms for postponement and cancellation, as set out in the terms and conditions
